    Description

    This is a gorgeous vintage white hat, medium brim approx. 4" and restored, renewed and redecorated by GemsForHair for an elegant look.
    It measures 22" circumference which is approximately a size 7.  It was originally made in the USA and previously owned.  It has been restored to a great condition and redecorated with white transparent silk crepe fabric with a bit of fringe, a white silk flower and finished with a vintage jewel. It's stunning for a special event.  With GemsForHair, it's always a one of a kind.
