    Up for sale is a scarce 1918/7 S Standing Liberty quarter. This coin has been graded Fine Details - Scratched by PCGS, the most trusted third party grading company. The diagonal bar of the 7 is clear through the 8 and the diagnostic die markers (die clashes to the right and left of Liberty’s knees and a die chip to the left of the lower right star above the date) are clearly visible. Small scratches on the reverse are noted in the “Scratched” determination by PCGS. The 1918 over 17 overdate is
