    This cover was cancelled at Museum Station, Wapakoneta, Ohio (the hometown of astronaut Neil Armstrong) on July 20, 1979, to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Apollo 11 launch. The cancellation includes a depiction of an astronaut planting the American flag on the surface of the Moon and "One Small Step For Man, One Giant Leap For Mankind".
    The stamp is the 15 cent Ft. McKinley flag stamp SC# 1597.
    The central part of the this large multicolored cachet is the launching of the Saturn rocket with "APOLLO XI" markings on its side and the gantry next to the rocket.
